A Holocaust-era collection of Soviet Yiddish poems and short stories. Cover design by Aron Gefter (1894-1963) an artist who studied at VKhUTEIN from 1921–1924. Starting in 1925 he began to contribute to periodicals by creating political and anti-religious caricatures that were as aggressive as works by Cheremnykh and Moor.
